01Service

The right creators.Briefed properly.Measured honestly.

Most influencer budgets are spent on reach that was never going to buy anything. We start from your buyer, work backwards to the creators they already trust, and run the campaign like a media plan rather than a favour.

Why this matters

Reach is the easiest number to buy and the least useful one to own

A follower count tells you how many people once tapped a button. It says nothing about who is watching now, whether they live in your delivery pincodes, or whether they believe the person holding your product. Brands end up paying metro rates for audiences that overlap three other creators on the same brief, then reporting impressions because nothing else moved.

  • 01Audience overlap between creators on the same shortlist, paid for twice
  • 02Engagement that is real but belongs to a different age band or city
  • 03Content that dies the day the campaign ends because usage rights were never negotiated

How the work actually runs.

AApproach

  1. 01

    Audience first, roster second

We map who actually buys the product by age, city, language and platform, then build the creator brief from that map. The roster comes last, not first. If the audience lives on YouTube Shorts in Telugu, no amount of Mumbai Instagram reach fixes it.

  2. 02

    Discovery against real signals

Shortlists are built from the last twenty posts, not a media kit: comment quality, save and share ratios, audience geography, brand-safety history and how the creator handled their last paid post. We check overlap across the shortlist so you are not buying the same people twice.

  3. 03

    Briefs that leave room

A brief tells the creator the one thing that must land and the three things that must not be said. Everything else is theirs. Creators who are allowed to sound like themselves produce content that outperforms the storyboard, and they stay when the campaign ends.

  4. 04

    Managed like media

Contracts, usage rights, disclosure, approvals, delivery windows and reshoots run on a schedule you can see. Drops are sequenced across the campaign rather than dumped on one launch day, so the conversation has somewhere to go.

  5. 05

    Amplify what works

The top-performing organic pieces become whitelisted paid creative within the campaign window, so spend follows evidence instead of a pre-committed plan.

  6. 06

    Report against the objective

One report: reach, views, engagement, saves, clicks and whatever the business actually counts. Cost per outcome, not a screenshot of a good day.

What you get.

Questions we get asked.

DQuestions

  • Fewer than most plans assume. A tight group briefed well, with budget left for amplification, usually beats a long list posting once. We size the group against the objective and the number you are trying to move, then say so in the plan.
