05Regional
One country.A thousand cultures.Countless communities.
Most of India's next hundred million consumers will never watch a campaign in English. Regional work is not a discount tier of national marketing. It is the marketing, run in the language the decision is actually made in.

AHow it works
- 01
Language is not a filter you apply at the end
A national idea translated into five languages produces five weaker campaigns. Each language has its own creator hierarchy, dominant platform, format habits and festival calendar. We plan them as separate markets that share a strategy, not as one market that shares a script.
- 02
The creator supply is uneven, and that is the opportunity
Some languages have deep long-form ecosystems and thin short-form ones. Others are the reverse. Where supply is thin relative to audience demand, attention is cheaper and loyalty is higher, which is where a well-planned campaign earns disproportionate returns.
- 03
Report by region or learn nothing
A national average hides everything useful. When performance is split by language and state, a strong Telugu result stops being averaged away by a weak national number, and the next campaign has somewhere to go.
Five ecosystems, in depth.
BLanguages
Each of these has its own page because each behaves differently: different platforms, different formats, different calendars.
