This notice covers this website and the campaign brief form on it. It says what FullCharcha collects, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed.

What the brief form collects

The campaign brief form asks for a name, company, work email, optional phone number, brand, website, industry, objective, budget range, services of interest and a written brief. We use it to reply to the brief and, if we go on to work together, to scope the campaign. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored in our Google Firebase project (Cloud Firestore, Mumbai region), where only the agency team can read them. A brief stays there until we delete it, and we delete it when you ask.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count visits and page views. It sets a cookie that tells one browser from another and records the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. A browser setting or extension that blocks analytics stops this without affecting the form.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what you sent us, for a correction, or for it to be deleted.
